Southern Heights Investments, LLC is an Atlanta-based venture company that builds, operates, and invests in small businesses and creative projects. We're not afraid to challenge conventional thinking — and we push the ventures we build, and the partners we work with, to embrace change in pursuit of growth.

We focus on the issues that make-or-break small businesses: operations, sales and marketing, people, and strategy. Through our portfolio — from operations consulting at Southern Heights Consultants to creative development at Edward Kearney Studio — we put that focus to work, building value across the whole organization, not just its parts.

The founder
Edward Kearney is the founder of Southern Heights Investments. His career includes managing distribution operations for a Fortune 500 company — regional strategy, key relationships, and the data that keeps it all moving. His background spans project management in the hospitality and art space, retail operations, and entrepreneurship. A Georgia Southern alum, FAA-licensed pilot, and Atlanta native through and through, Edward built Southern Heights on a simple belief: great operations are the difference between a dream and a business.
